On Thursday May 9 and Friday May 10, the National Customs Helpdesk will be closed. To report a malfunction in one of the Customs systems, you can reach our standby service via the regular telephone number.

This also means that there will be no support in the payments department these days. This does not affect the processing of your payment. Provided that you do this with a correct payment reference.
