Adjustment opening hours National Helpdesk Customs

As of April 1th 2021, the National Customs Helpdesk (NHD) will use new opening hours.

The NHD can be reached by telephone from 1st April on working days from Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:00 on (088) 156 66 55.

For non-urgent questions you can send an email to: NHD.apeldoorn@belastingdienst.nl.
The NHD only answers and processes your e-mail during office hours.

Outside office hours, the NHD is only available during urgent situations, for example in case of serious malfunctions of the customs declaration systems. You can leave your number after which you will be called back as soon as possible by a standby service employee.
