Availability of the National Customs Helpdesk

Contrary to our normal opening hours, the NHD uses opening hours from 08:00 AM to 04:00 PM.
We can be reached by telephone outside these opening hours, but only for disruptions in the Customs systems.

Due to the corona virus, the waiting time may take longer than you are used to from us. We ask for your understanding.

Is it not urgent and you still want to ask your question? Then we advise you to send an e-mail to: nhd.apeldoorn@belastingdienst.nl.
These emails will be picked up by one of our employees during the indicated opening hours.
