Change in DMS Archiving Period 14 July

To optimize the performance of our database, we have adjusted the archiving period for DMS declarations.

Starting July 14, 2025, DMS declarations will be archived three weeks after reaching a final status. Please note the following:

• Any missing messages in your software related to a declaration that received its final status within three weeks will be reported. After archiving, it will no longer be possible for Customs to resend these messages.
• Questions regarding a declaration with a final status must be submitted within three weeks, as analyzing an archived declaration is significantly more complex.
