Resolved: Commodity code without VAT measures – AGS

RESOLVED

For the commodity codes mentioned below, the VAT measure of 21% VAT is now  (as of 09/02/2021 08:45) displayed in Tariff. The Q200 and Q300 are no longer available. We are working on a solution with additional assesment for the declarations that have gone through without VAT measure.

At the moment there are various commodity codes that do not display a VAT measure in our Tariff:

• 3917 29 00 99
• 3917 33 00 90
• 3917 10 00 91
• 3917 10 00 99
• 3919 10 15 00
• 3919 10 19
• 3926 90 97 05
• 3926 90 97 10
• 3926 90 97 15
• 3926 90 97 27
• 3926 90 97 33
• 3926 90 97 50
• 3926 90 97 70
• 3926 90 97 77
• 3926 90 97 90

For these commodity codes, there was an option of 9% VAT or 21% VAT until 7 February 2021. As today, the option of choice is no longer applicable for the commodity codes mentioned above, and 21% VAT is now enforced. Unfortunately this VAT measurement is currently not available in our Tariff. We are working on a solution. We apologise for the inconvenience.
