DMS: Resolved issues with return messages

Have you received a CONTRL message on a DMS declaration that has already been submitted? Then our advice is to submit it again (using the same LRN).

Due to problems with the ITX, these messages were not processed properly. These problems have now been resolved. We hope to have informed you sufficiently with this.
