Export declarations with new dual-use documents are stuck

There are currently problems with export declarations, using the following new documents:
X060 X061 X062 X063 X064 X065 X066 X067 X068 X070 X071 X072
These declarations are not ongoing at the moment.
For the declarations concerned, the emergency procedure can be applied in consultation with customs.
