ICS2 - Disruption processing ENS Filing 28‑02‑2026

Last Saturday (28‑02‑2026, 10:45–13:36 CET), a malfunction occurred in the STI, which affected the processing of ENS Filing messages (ICS). During the incident, ENS Filing messages were incorrectly rejected with error code 12: ‘codelist violation’.
We kindly request that all ENS Filing messages rejected with error code 12 during this period be resubmitted.
