Information following DMS malfunction 28-05

The National Customs Helpdesk (NHD) receives many requests for resending (return) messages. Research shows that at Customs all messages have been sent and delivered.

We therefore advise you to first contact your software supplier to check whether any messages have not been processed correctly. Because a large number of messages were resent last night, it is possible that the software did not process them correctly.

If you have verified the above and this has not led to a solution, we as NHD are of course happy to help you.
