Issues Full Download Tariff Fixed

The problems with the full download have been solved.
Early this morning a Full Download was published with the state of affairs as of yesterday afternoon 16:22
Subsequently, the regular incremental (updates from Brussels) was made at 10 p.m.
Both are available on the DTV Rate site:
