NCTS phase 5 messaging traffic to and from France

Since November 25, there have been issues with the electronic messaging traffic to and from France. As a result, some TRANSIT shipments have departed from France using the emergency procedure. These shipments are not recognized in the Dutch customs system NCTS phase 5 (DVA).

The arrival notifications for these shipments can only be made using the Emergency Procedure DVA Authorized Consignee.

It is expected that this issue will be resolved by the French customs on December 18.
