New website Dutch Customs Helpdesk

As of 2 June, the new site for the National Customs Helpdesk will be live at a new address, in a new online jacket and with new possibilities.
The website has been given a new address: https://nh.douane.nl. With this, the RSS feeds in your RSS reader must also be adjusted, as well as the references to the website in your favorites or on your own website.
New online jacket
The site has been given a new look and feel, making information accessible and clear. Also, the site is now optimized for mobile devices.
In the availability overview you can see at a glance the status of all customs processes. And in the updated maintenance calendar you will find an overview of the planned maintenance.
Messages about unforeseen disruptions in customs processes or declaration systems and technical maintenance are now also supported (in addition to RSS feeds) with an e-mail service. You can choose from which customs processes you want to receive disruption and maintenance messages. In addition, a subscription to service messages is possible. Service messages are news messages from the National Customs Helpdesk about, for example, opening hours, etc.
Current site remains for the time being
The current website at https://www.nhdouane.nl will continue to exist for the time being. Not all information passes directly. For example, the information for software developers will remain on the current website for the time being. Information on HTG and the availability of EU portals will be transferred to the new environment as soon as possible. Links are offered on the current site and the new site so that the information can be found immediately and conveniently.
