Outtage declaration systems Customs 01-03-2023

Unfortunately, offering the return messages sent in during the malfunction yesterday (01-03-2023) in large numbers did not help. We are working hard to get this working again.
Unfortunately, it is impossible to estimate whether the solution will be workable in the short term.

In order to make some concessions, we would like to ask you to send an e-mail to our post box (NHD.Apeldoorn@douane.nl). Here you can state the LRNs/MRNs of the declarations for which you are still missing return messages. Please indicate clearly which system is involved and please provide the LRNs and MRNs in copyable form.

Previous e-mails with lists will not be processed, because it is not possible to check whether you have already received (part of) messages.

This process is manual and takes a lot of time, we would like to ask you for a little more patience.
From tomorrow 08:00 hours, manual re-sending of return messages will start.

We understand that this is not a desirable situation.
