Phasing out of NCTS phase 4

From Tuesday 22 July 2025, the final step for phasing out NCTS phase 4 will be completed.
This means that no electronic messaging for NCTS phase 4 will be possible from then on. You are therefore requested not to submit messages for NCTS phase 4 from Tuesday 22 July 2025.

You can still expect written correspondence from the Transport Office in Heerlen for ongoing cases.
