Processing of IIAA messages in DMS

Since 06-07-2025, not all IIAA messages are being processed correctly in DMS.
Some of the IIAA zip batches are not processed properly and end up in the error queue. Investigations have shown that the issue is not caused by the content of the batches or the supplying system.
The root cause lies with Customs. We are currently working on investigating and resolving the issue. As soon as it has been resolved, we will resubmit the affected messages for processing.
