Required maintenance on Government systems will be performed from Thursday 17-04-2025 19:00 until (expected end-time) Thursday 17-04-2025 20:00.
As a result the following Dutch Custom mainprocess(es) are unavailable:

  • Entry of goods to the EU (ICS2)

Maintenance on the Entry into the EU (ICS2) process. This Impacts it component "UUM&DS" Maintenance may impact: ICS2 - sending messages ICS2 - receiving messages For further information see BCP chapter 3.2.1 If you are unable to submit declarations via the STI due to the maintenance and you choose to start the customs procedure / procedure and remove the goods, you will have to apply the ICS2 emergency procedure. >Emergency procedure >BCP You will be informed about the availability of the relevant processes.

You are allowed to use the fall-back procedure. However: it is our advice to use the mentioned procedure only if, to your opinion, the logistic process needs treatment of declarations.
