The availability of the process Entry of goods to the EU (ICS2) is limited from Thursday 23-05-2024 14:06.

There are currently problems with the ICS2 message handling offered via the National System (NES). This has an impact on the messages below.

The messages are buffered during the fault/maintenance. The outage/maintenance has no impact on the ENS filing and arrival notification messages provided via the STI-STP (Brussels).’ You can use the emergency procedure. We advise you to only apply the emergency procedure if, in your opinion, the logistics process requires declaration processing. You are allowed to use the fall-back procedure. However: it is our advice to use the mentioned procedure only if, to your opinion, the logistic process needs treatment of declarations.
