Entry of goods to the EU (ICS2) availability is limited

The availability of the process Entry of goods to the EU (ICS2) is limited from Wednesday 27-11-2024 18:28.

Due to a malfunction in the UUM&DS Central component system, there are currently problems with the message handling offered via the Shared Trader Interface (STI). The sender may receive the error_code: EBMS_0005

This has an impact on sending ICS2 messages. For further information, see doc. ICS2-BCP-EO chapter 3.2

You can use the ICS2 emergency procedure. We advise you to only apply the emergency procedure if the logistical process requires declaration handling in your opinion.
