The availability of the process Entry of goods to the EU (ICS2) is limited from Tuesday 17-12-2024 09:34.

There are currently problems with the ICS2 message handling offered via the centrale system. This has an impact on, among other things, the message below.

  • Assessment Complete

The messages are buffered during the fault. The outage has no impact on the ENS filing and arrival notification messages provided via the STI-STP (Brussels).

You are allowed to use the ICS2 fall-back procedure. However: it is our advice to use the mentioned procedure only if, to your opinion, the logistic process needs treatment of declarations.
