The availability of the process Entry of goods to the EU (ICS2) is limited from Monday 30-12-2024 16:36.

There are currently problems with the ICS2 message handling offered via the centrale system. This has an impact on the messages below, among others.

All received messages will be queued during unavailability of component and processed after recovery. The BCP is activated. For further information see DCP chapter 3.3

You can use the ICS2 emergency procedure.

If you choose to start the customs procedure/procedure and transport the goods, you will have to apply the emergency procedure.

You are allowed to use the fall-back procedure. However: it is our advice to use the mentioned procedure only if, to your opinion, the logistic process needs treatment of declarations.
