The availability of the process Entry of goods to the EU (ICS2) is limited from Friday 21-03-2025 15:28.

For reasons that are still unclear, it appears that not all ENS messages are processed correctly by the Shared Trader Interface (STI). As a result, you will not receive a response message. This is being investigated by Taxud.

ICS2 emergency procedure. If you choose to start the customs procedure and remove the goods, you will have to apply the ICS2 emergency procedure. This applies to the Ens declarations for which you have not received a response message.
