The availability of the process Entry of goods to the EU (ICS2) is limited from Saturday 22-11-2025 20:00.

Maintenance on the Entry into the EU (ICS2) process. From Wednesday 09/04/2025 21:00 to Thursday 10/04/2025 03:00 (CET) essential maintenance will be performed on the central IT component "UUM&DS" Maintenance may impact: ICS2 - sending messages ICS2 - receiving messages For further information see BCP. ICS2 emergency procedure. If you choose to start the customs procedure/procedure and remove the goods, you will have to apply the ICS2 emergency procedure. To the Emergency procedure To the BCP You will be informed about the availability of the relevant processes.

You are allowed to use the fall-back procedure. However: it is our advice to use the mentioned procedure only if, to your opinion, the logistic process needs treatment of declarations.
