The availability of the process Entry of goods to the EU (ICS2) is limited from Monday 30-03-2026 11:18.

Due to a malfunction in the STI system, there are currently problems with the message handling offered via the Shared Trader Interface (STI).
This has an impact on:

  • ICS2 - sending messages
  • ICS2 - receiving messages

If you choose to start the customs procedure/procedure and remove the goods, you will have to apply the ICS2 emergency procedure.
