Due to a malfunction in the STI system, there are currently problems with the message handling offered via the Shared Trader Interface (STI).
This has an impact on:

• ICS2 - sending messages
• ICS2 - receiving messages

Explanation:
Service issues have occurred due to an increase in the number of messages being processed. As a result, a performance issue has arisen in the application (STI). This is causing messages to be processed with a significant delay. A solution is currently being worked on.

If you choose to start the customs procedure/procedure and remove the goods, you will have to apply the ICS2 emergency procedure.
