Due to a malfunction in the UUM&DS central system, there are currently issues with the processing of messages submitted via the Shared Trader Interface (STI).

ICS2 - Submission of ENS data
ICS2 - Arrival notification

Explanation
90% of traffic is being rejected by the system (from TAPAS to UUM&DS). The BCP is activated.
