The process Entry of goods to the EU (ICS2) is unavailable from Monday 10-11-2025 12:40.
(17-10 hour) Updated Explanations: ICS2 service degradation was observed: S2S flow was observed to be impacted while other flows are currently working fine. The unavailability is still ongoing.

Due to a malfunction in the CR central system, there are currently problems with the message handling offered via the Shared Trader Interface (STI).

This has an impact on:

ICS2 - sending messages

ICS2 - receiving messages.

All received messages will be queued during unavailability of component and processed after recovery.

If you choose to start the customs procedure/procedure and remove the goods, you will have to apply the ICS2 emergency procedure.
