Entry of goods to the EU (Single Window) availability is limited

The availability of the process Entry of goods to the EU (Single Window) is limited from Sunday 24-09-2023 17:51.

For the process Import into the EU (Single Window) Sea side there is a malfunction with regard to the messages ATA, NOA and STO, these are not processed. The problem has not yet been resolved. A solution is being worked on.

You are allowed to use the fall-back procedure. However: it is our advice to use the mentioned procedure only if, to your opinion, the logistic process needs treatment of declarations.
