The availability of the process Entry of goods to the EU (Single Window) is limited from Wednesday 23-09-2020 14:02.

You are allowed to use the fall-back procedure. However: it is our advice to use the mentioned procedure only if, to your opinion, the logistic process needs treatment of declarations.

At the moment, not all incoming and return messages are processed correctly. Unfortunately, it is unpredictable for us which messages are involved. We are investigating this.
