The availability of the process Entry of goods to the EU (Single Window) is limited from Wednesday 09-12-2020 11:21.

You are allowed to use the fall-back procedure. However: it is our advice to use the mentioned procedure only if, to your opinion, the logistic process needs treatment of declarations.

There is currently a technical disruption in the message flow to and from Brussels. As a result, there is no message traffic on foreign shipments.

We are working on a solution.
