EU Trader Portal availability is limited

The availability of the process EU Trader Portal is limited from Thursday 26-10-2023 10:24.

There are problems with the permissions on the EU Trader Portals. Companies that log in as a representative receive an error message. For the error message, see the service message posted on October 26. A solution is being worked on.

You are allowed to use the fall-back procedure. However: it is our advice to use the mentioned procedure only if, to your opinion, the logistic process needs treatment of declarations.
