ICS2 Shared Trader Interface / Portal (STI-STP) availability is limited

The availability of the process ICS2 Shared Trader Interface / Portal (STI-STP) is limited from Monday 29-12-2025 15:50.
Due to a malfunction in the STI system, there are currently problems with the message handling offered via the Shared Trader Interface (STI).

This has an impact on:

  • ICS2 - sending messages
  • ICS2 - receiving messages

If you choose to start the customs procedure/procedure and remove the goods, you will have to apply the ICS2 emergency procedure.
