The process ICS2 Shared Trader Interface / Portal (STI-STP) is unavailable from Saturday 11-04-2026 18:30.
Due to a malfunction in the CR central system, there are currently problems with the message handling offered via the Shared Trader Interface (STI). This has an impact on: ICS2 - sending messages ICS2 - receiving messages All received messages will be queued during unavailability of component and processed after recovery. The BCP is activated. For further information see BCP. ICS2 emergency procedure. If you choose to start the customs procedure/procedure and remove the goods, you will have to apply the ICS2 emergency procedure. You are allowed to use the fall-back procedure. However: it is our advice to use the mentioned procedure only if, to your opinion, the logistic process needs treatment of declarations.
