The availability of the process Import to EU, Export from EU and Storage (AGS) is limited from Sunday 08-01-2023 10:38.
This applies to declarations on which you receive an error message stating that the VAT identification number is not valid, but it should be. We're working hard on a solution. unfortunately it is impossible to predict how long this will take. If there is a solution, an update will follow. Sorry for the inconvenience.

You are allowed to use the fall-back procedure. However: it is our advice to use the mentioned procedure only if, to your opinion, the logistic process needs treatment of declarations.
