Import to EU, Export from EU and Storage (AGS) availability is limited

The availability of the process Import to EU, Export from EU and Storage (AGS) is limited from Wednesday 12-08-2020 09:56.

As communicated earlier today, a malfunction has occurred in our system.
This failure leads to one of the following problems:

1. Our system incorrectly rejects the AGS declaration, stating that the VAT number has NO reverse charge, while the reverse charge
present.
2. OR the VAT is incorrectly deducted in your AGS declaration (s).

Unfortunately, we cannot predict which situation will occur when. We notice that many declarations go well, but also a large number of NOT.
If you notice that you are the victim of this malfunction and you have many reports involving this problem, our advice is that you may use
the emergency procedure.

PAY ATTENTION! The fallback procedure only applies to import declarations.
