Import to EU, Export from EU and Storage (AGS) availability is limited

The availability of the process Import to EU, Export from EU and Storage (AGS) is limited from Thursday 20-08-2020 12:16. Communication with CDIU sometimes works and sometimes not

You are allowed to use the fall-back procedure. However: it is our advice to use the mentioned procedure only if, to your opinion, the logistic process needs treatment of declarations.

At the moment there are problems with declarations that contain a license from the CDIU (including Dual Use). Some reports will continue and others will not. It is impossible for us to predict which will continue and which will not.

If you have already submitted a declaration on which you do not receive a return message, you can email us. We ask you to include the following information in your email:
- Local reference number / reference number (LRN)
- Time of submission
- EORI number
