The availability of the process Import to EU, Export from EU and Storage (AGS) is limited from Tuesday 19-01-2021 10:36.

At the moment there are problems with AGS declarations where the ‘payment by’ (payer) box is not filled. Normally, these returns are cash and as declarant you will receive a UTB (DMSTAX). Unfortunately, you will not receive a return message in this situation at the moment.

If this situation applies to your declaration, you may use the fall back procedure. However: it is our advice to use the mentioned procedure only if, to your opinion, the logistic process needs treatment of declarations.
