The availability of the process Import to EU, Export from EU and Storage (AGS) is limited from Monday 18-01-2021 08:00.

At the moment there are still problems with AGS declarations where the ‘payment by’ (payer) box is not filled. Normally, these returns are cash and as declarant you will receive a UTB (DMSTAX). Unfortunately, you will not receive a return message in this situation at the moment.

You are allowed to use the fall-back procedure. However: it is our advice to use the mentioned procedure only if, to your opinion, the logistic process needs treatment of declarations.
