The availability of the process Import to EU, Export from EU and Storage (AGS) is limited from Thursday 11-03-2021 11:14.
AGS import not available

Due to a malfunction in the system it is temporarily not possible to make import declarations.

You are allowed to use the fall-back procedure. However: it is our advice to use the mentioned procedure only if, to your opinion, the logistic process needs treatment of declarations.
