The availability of the process Import to EU, Export from EU and Storage (AGS) is limited from Thursday 27-05-2021 08:31.
Currently there is a partial disruption in the messaging system. It is possible that you will not receive any return messages on import declarations. We are working on a solution to solve the problem as soon as possible. We apologise for any inconvenience.

PAY ATTENTION!
The disruption only applies to the message flow: Import. You can therefore only use the emergency procedure for import declarations.

You can simply submit declarations for the export and storage message flows.

You are allowed to use the fall-back procedure. However: it is our advice to use the mentioned procedure only if, to your opinion, the logistic process needs treatment of declarations.
