The process Import to EU, Export from EU and Storage (AGS) is unavailable from Thursday 12-10-2023 13:00.

Emergency maintenance: You can deliver messages as usual, these will not be processed but buffered during the maintenance. After the maintenance ends, the messages will still be processed and any return messages will follow. You can use the emergency procedure. We advise you to use the emergency procedure only if in your opinion the logistic process requires declaration processing.

You are allowed to use the fall-back procedure. However: it is our advice to use the mentioned procedure only if, to your opinion, the logistic process needs treatment of declarations.
