The process Import to EU, Export from EU and Storage (AGS) is unavailable from Tuesday 24-10-2023 17:06.
Currently, there is no messaging possible due to a malfunction. We apologise for the inconvenience.

The Import into the EU, Export from the EU and Storage (AGS) process is not available from Tuesday 24-10-2023 10:38. Messaging is currently not possible due to a malfunction. Sorry for the inconvenience. You will receive the next update tomorrow morning at 9 a.m., unless there is something to report earlier. You can use the emergency procedure. We advise you to only apply the emergency procedure if, in your opinion, the logistics process requires declaration processing.

You are allowed to use the fall-back procedure. However: it is our advice to use the mentioned procedure only if, to your opinion, the logistic process needs treatment of declarations.
