The process Import to EU, Export from EU and Storage (AGS) is unavailable from Tuesday 28-05-2024 09:54.
Currently, there is no messaging possible due to a malfunction. We apologise for the inconvenience.

The cause of the disruption has been found. It is not in the application AGS itself, but in the platform on which several Customs applications run. Together with the supplier, we are still working hard to resolve this disruption quickly. When there are developments or the disruption is resolved a new update will follow.

You are allowed to use the fall-back procedure. However: it is our advice to use the mentioned procedure only if, to your opinion, the logistic process needs treatment of declarations.
