The process Import to EU, Export from EU and Storage (AGS) is unavailable from Monday 03-06-2024 10:30.
Due to a malfunction in one of the Customs platforms, messaging is not possible with this process. Apologies for the inconvenience.

You may receive an error message that your permit number is incorrect or invalid. This is due to the disruption of an underlying system.

You are allowed to use the fall-back procedure. However: it is our advice to use the mentioned procedure only if, to your opinion, the logistic process needs treatment of declarations.
