The availability of the process Import to EU, Export from EU and Storage (DMS) is limited from Sunday 09-06-2024 12:54.

There is a disruption in one of the Customs applications with which DMS communicates. As a result, you may not have received a return message for the declarations you submitted during the maintenance yesterday, June 8 and Sunday June 9. (until 01:00) This also applies to the GPR (IE432) that you submitted following an advance declaration. You can only use the emergency procedure for the above-mentioned declarations. We are working on a sollution. Sorry for the inconvenience.

You are allowed to use the fall-back procedure. However: it is our advice to use the mentioned procedure only if, to your opinion, the logistic process needs treatment of declarations.
