The availability of the process Import to EU, Export from EU and Storage (DMS) is limited from Thursday 31-10-2024 08:58.

There is currently a disruption in DMS messaging, many declarations remain in the acceptance status. This is known to Customs, you do not need to contact the NHD about this.

You are allowed to use the fall-back procedure. However: it is our advice to use the mentioned procedure only if, to your opinion, the logistic process needs treatment of declarations.
