The availability of the process Import to EU, Export from EU and Storage (DMS) is limited from Saturday 01-03-2025 17:27.

After the release last Saturday, some GoodsPresentation (IE432), where representation with status 3 (indirect representation) is used in the preliminary declaration (IM/D), are not being processed and the goods are not being released. This issue is currently under investigation.

As an alternative, you can submit a standard declaration, provided the goods are physically present, to expedite the release.
