Import to EU, Export from EU and Storage (DMS) availability is limited

The availability of the process Import to EU, Export from EU and Storage (DMS) is limited from Saturday 01-03-2025 17:30.

There is currently still a problem in DMS regarding VAT reverse charge. If you enter the VAT number of a sole trader in the additional tax reference (13 16), your return may not be processed. Should you encounter this, please use the emergency procedure. We apologise for the inconvenience. We are working on a solution and will keep you informed.

You are allowed to use the fall-back procedure. However: it is our advice to use the mentioned procedure only if, to your opinion, the logistic process needs treatment of declarations.
