The availability of the process Import to EU, Export from EU and Storage (DMS) is limited from Saturday 01-03-2025 17:30.

The cause of the recent VAT reverse charge issues has been identified and will be resolved around noon tomorrow. After the implementation of this fix, the unprocessed messages will be resubmitted.

If you have submitted your return by alternative means, there is a possibility that duplicate returns may be created after the queues are processed. If this is the case, you may submit a request to have these duplicate declaration(s) disabled. In addition, if you have used the emergency procedure, you should still submit your return to DMS with the code NP500.

You are allowed to use the fall-back procedure. However: it is our advice to use the mentioned procedure only if, to your opinion, the logistic process needs treatment of declarations.
