The availability of the process Import to EU, Export from EU and Storage (DMS) is limited from Tuesday 03-06-2025 09:00.

At the moment, VAT is being deducted from import declarations, despite a permit for art. 23 VAT transfer. If this is the case for you, then you may use the emergency procedure for these declarations.

You are allowed to use the fall-back procedure. However: it is our advice to use the mentioned procedure only if, to your opinion, the logistic process needs treatment of declarations.
