The process Import to EU, Export from EU and Storage (DMS) is available (again) from Tuesday 03-06-2025 16:50.
The process is available again.

The disruption in the interface system for VAT transfer is now functioning properly again. VAT is once again being shifted for import declarations, provided that one holds an Article 23 VAT deferral permit. Regarding the progress and handling of the declarations processed during the disruption—where VAT was incorrectly not deferred—we are currently seeking a suitable solution. As soon as this solution is determined, a service announcement will be published on this site with further explanation.
